The Blessing

Congratulations Sceptre! God has given you the Blessing. Genesis 1:26-28 clearly spoke about you. It came from the mouth of God in the form of a commandment. It is a single command blessing with 5 parts. 

God said "Be fruitful (productive), and multiply (increase extraordinarily), and replenish (restock, fill) the earth, and subdue (be a master over, have the mastery of) it: and have dominion (influence, leadership, direction) over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.

The 5 Parts

Part 1

Be fruitful (be productive)

Part 2

Multiply (increase in several folds: 30 folds, 60 folds, 100 folds, increase in extraordinary measures)

Part 3

Replenish the earth (restock, fill and refill) the earth

Part 4

Subdue (be a master over, have the mastery of, take charge of, take control over) the earth

Part 5

Have dominion (have influence, take preeminence, provide leadership, give direction, give instructions)

Sceptre, the world is your stage
Your fruitfulness, multiplication, restocking, mastery and dominion or influence extend to and cover all places where there are fishes, wherever the sea reaches, wherever there are fowls in the air, wherever there are living things moving.
